They’ve strip logged 250 acres up the road and hundreds of trees are falling as a result of the disrupted root system followed by the wind shear from micro wind bursts. There are menancing uprooted trees balls, jagged-edged trunks and precariously tilted deadfall. It’s like walking past a car accident, you can’t help but rubber neck but do you really want to see the bodies? I keep a close eye when I walk the road near them.
